Where product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange the same or similar replacement item (to the same value) and chosen at our discretion.
We do our best to describe items to the best of our ability our as per the suppliers’ descriptions. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns in instances where you’ve changed your mind, the product is not what you expected or the product has been opened and/or used.
Where product has been returned and refunded, please note that initial shipping cost will not be refunded, and any return postage back to us will be at the cost of the purchaser.
