All orders received will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a NSW or Australian Public holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on a Thursday or Friday that contain chocolate products may be dispatched on Monday (depending on location) to ensure that products are received as fresh as possible. If you would like your order sent via Express Post please contact us and we will advise of the shipping costs.
All orders will be shipped via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post with tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.
Please ensure that you include a street address as no orders will be shipped to a PO Box. All orders Australia-wide will incur a standard $15 freight charge. Delivery of orders in Australia will vary depending on carrier, with standard timeframes for receipt being 7-10 working days. Should your order not be received in this timeframe, please contact us at orders@capebyronprovidores.com.
Deliveries left unattended
If you would like your delivery to be left without a signature, please leave instructions in the comment box when placing your order. Please be advised that this is done so at your own discretion and no liability will be taken by Cape Byron Providores for any orders that are stolen, lost or damaged.
